I'm just wondering how it's possible for the CFO and CEO to earn a consulting fee from the company they already work for and are already being paid by? What sort of consulting work would the CFO do outside of his job description to earn that fee? Isn't the CEO already being paid to do whatever it takes to run the company in the best way possible?
