I hope too!  In my opinion, they will complete the new FS in 2019 and publish NPV values multiples from what we currently have.

After that, I'm not sure what else would be left to improve.  It would be fine tunning and I don't think anyone will accept to wait another decade for the additional value it would create.

I'm sure Elmer would like to complete this project and partially or fully retire with satisfaction.
