"What could a new CEO do differently going forward?"

I would say the comments were probably based on past performance, or the lack of, and why that would change now but I do have a question?

It was reported here that Mr. Stewart said that Salazar was not followed because it was unenforceable. If that's true what was CUU doing spending upwards of a hunderd million dollars of shareholder money drilling holes and creating a F/S on property without a valid agreement?  Whose fault is that?  Look at where we are now on the Teck line and our miserable share price then decide for yourself what kind of job he's done.
