I have no idea. I kind of wonder how Elmer feels after all the work he did and over a hundred million dollars of shareholder money invested in various projects only to see the share price at 8 cents. Since nobody seems to be willing to pay more it sure doesn't say much...

My opinion is he controls the company value with his actions and decisions. I'm just along for the ride and for me, it's been a pretty bad ride.
