Nope, I knew about that...The problem I have with that is, that without a production decision, they can do the exact same thing to a potental buyer of the 25%. Say someone wants to buy it for...any number...500 million. Teck can still sit there and not make any production decision. Thus what buyer really is going to come in and take our place in the black hole of "soon"...

TBH, what I would like to see is Elmerfud be paid in shares till something materializes...that will really send a message that SOMETHING may come to fruition...
