E&E should consider a share swap with Teck in exchange for SC. Teck is down almost 50% this year while CUU shares have held steady at rock bottom despite Elmer's vague statements that something will come out of the conceptual studies. That would allow Teck to acquire the rest of SC with no cash outlay and Elmer can escape this fiasco by claiming the upside will come sooner by owning Teck shares.
