The NPV based on 2013 numbers is obsolete, anyone still using that for evaluation is probably having a hidden agenda, imo.
Those are the numbers Elmer himself is still using in the July presentation, if you do a bit of math it works out to 26 cents/share for SC. Those are the only numbers available for potential buyers right now. While you, and everyone else, hope we have updated numbers in 2-3 months the reality is that we haven't been given any timeline or clear objective for this years work. Teck doesn't really care about the ROFO. They have no obligation to do anything with SC and typically bring in a partner when they are ready to go to production. They will take the rest of SC off our hands under one condition, a bargain basement price. So here we sit caught between a rock and a hard place until we get new numbers.
