Elmer is heard saying a few times, they would like to complete a sale in the NEAR future if everything works out and depending on how things unfold. While Elmer has disclaimers in his speech because he has to for legal reasons...he must personally believe the end is near and insight.

Our end game is in sight, the corporate strategy has always been to sell our projects for good value as they progress towards advanced development and production. We are nearly in October. I do not think we are here past spring season.
