Hey Swinter,

It is my belief based on various conversations with different individuals including management, other industry people and fellow investors/shareholders.

The best investor is the one who is most informed. My due diligence tells me things are in the final stages before we get our reward. I will call it inferring on information I get and find. 

After 2019 program, what else can Teck do? We will get our updated value once numbers are in. People using 2013 factors from 6 years ago are lost.
