Hello Sibiu,

In one of our previous presentations, their was a slide that projects usually sell in average at 0.63 NAV and up to 1x the NAV.  Teck is trying to get 1x NPV (8%) and that's for 80% of the project, not 100%.

If the SCJV is able to get our NPV (8%) anywhere between 1.8B - 2.5B, as I think they will, we could expect something around 800M, because, as you mentionned, less money is needed to finance our portion of Schaft Creek.  We also have a lot more potential.  IMO.
