TECK could announce buying our portion of SC based on the updated numbers from the JV work program and publish the key ones, IRR, NPV etc to justify the price paid.

After a few weeks/months, Teck can take those numbers, add their credits and other improvements and then shop a portion of SC to a partner of their choice and strike a new deal.

 

Agreed. If Teck takes CUU out first then they won't release all the details because the prospective buyer(s) will know what Teck just paid for 25% and will therefore want in for that price...or lower.
