It's a great summary Sibiu.

At the end, it all about about cash flow and how much you need to invest to get things rolling.

If they can generate more cash flow in less time, this will impact the NPV significantly.

If they can reduce the capex, the savings get automatically added to the NPV. So if the SCJV was able to reduce the capex by 500M, the project NPV therefore got increased by 500M right from the start.
