If you have to hire a lawyer to disclaim everything you say, sometimes right down to and including individual words used, maybe you shouldn't be ignorant or stupid enough to say it in the first place? My opinion is that when the disclaimer is longer and more detailed than the release itself, it kind of makes you look like a con artist.
