If the Salazar agreement was full of holes then why was Elmer touting it and spending upwards, or over 90 million dollars of shareholder money drilling on property that he didn't own?

I find it pathetic that when people get taken to the cleaners with bad or improper information they can't just stand up and admit they got screwed. All this stuff isn't a prediction. It's already happened so covering your eyes and ears then telling people what a great investment this is won't help much.
