Miners typically don't take the exploration properties in an acquisition and CUU has setup their corporate structure to allow for separation of the properties. They should negotiate an option on the property outside the Liard/Paramont deposits. They won't get any value for the undeveloped upside if they don't hang onto it as an exploration property.
