All these armchair numbers sound great but where has it got us investors over the last nine years? We have been subjected to desktop studies, studies on those studies and finally more studies with no results whatsoever provided to shareholders at any time.

It's not just me. The share price kind of says it all. I don't care if Elmer sounds giddy or a 9 out of 10 as his news release "expectations" over the years have proven themselves to be poor at best and that is being polite. I just want to see a plan, some results and an end to this fiasco.
