Golf, I'm not using 2012 numbers. 500M per year was just an example to show that long term, you can have a 100 year project, it won't affect todays value.

I think Schaft Creek will generate at least 800M per year, but that still leaves us with possibly 200M per year and a SP anywhere between 2$-4$ in maybe 10 years.
