Real option case is a simulation that takes into account different scenarios with parameters fluctuating.  The output is the most probable result.

• copper price: 25% • gold price: 14% • silver price: 25% • molybdenum price: 47% • exchange rate: 8%

I prefer to use the base case and recalculate each parameter using the sensitivity analyses with long term consensus prices.
