There may be no agenda but why promote settling for less than it is worth. Big mining companies are always trying to get their resources for dirt cheap, usually at the expense of the prospectors and developers. 

Everything is going as normal. Starve the shareholders out and then offer a 50% premium. It most likely has angered Teck that they can't do that with us. Which is why we have been on the shelf for a few years now.
