What about getting let's say 600M in milestones payments until production starts and after that 2% NSR (e.g. 20M per year) for the rest of the districts life for Schaft Creek?  Would you go for that?

... and in a couple of years another let's say 500M for Van Dyke.  I don't think NSR would be very interesting for this one due to the short mine life.

... and then we have plenty of money coming in and no more dilution to explore the other properties, that we own at 100%, which could bring significant cash payments and more NSR royalties in the future.

We could very well turn into a very robust dividend company, who knows.
