If this is Copper Fox's board of directors strategy, I think the best course of action would be sell SC seperately in an asset sale. Get as much as possible. Say 800 million. Then retain 60 million in the treasury for spin-off public company to advance VD. While the rest of the funds are given to current shareholder of record in a special dividend.
