Yes, if you're not willing to increase your share count by 2-3% per year, (a couple 1000$ per year at most) you will get diluted.  That's the reality and part of doing business.

Same applied to Copper Fox and that's why we are left with 24% of DCOP, but you know what... it was a great decision to stop financing DCOP instead of diluting us any further to keep our percentage of their float, because now, we got an entire property for probably less.
