This all about share buybacks.. Teck loves buying $15 shares and paying a putrid 5 cent dividend..

Anyone notice that EE is subscribing to 15,000,00 shares at 8 cents...

$1.2 million of the $1.8 million PP! Plus warrants! No risk when you're sitting at the bargaining table.. He keeps upping his overall percentage of ownership..
