I understand Ernersto is the major shareholder and we are lucky to have him... but if more people would want to subscribe to the PP, do you believe the company would actually lower his contribution?

In general, can you take upfront 2/3 (66%) of a PP when owning let's say 55% of the float?

Just for my own curiosity and knowledge.
