When they interviewed Elmer all he could say or do was complain about the long and changing government permitting process for mining. Who cares? When was the last time he applied for mining permits in Canada and what does his complaint have to do with him, us or CUU? How about some actual information about what's really going on or is there nothing? What a waste of time....
