That's exactly what many people should be doing with a displayed SP at $0.005.
TFSAs are already maxed out so I am hoping to instead move out (transfer out in kind) all CUU shares out of my wife's RRSP ...at virtually no value and hence no withholding tax/taxes payable.  Hopefully in the future (by 2075?) she will be happy to pay taxes on half of capital gains rather than otherwise having to pay taxes on 100% of any capital value and growth under the RSP when withdrawn.
