However, at a certain point, insiders still need to invest to protect their capital and I think it's reasonable. They control & take the decisions and are paid big dollar for it. Some things are out of their control, but they also do have some control many things. Let's be real, they will always buy most of the PP's so blaming that on a douzaine shareholders wanting more is being opportunist in my opinion.
Maybe if they would get the information out to the public about Schaft Creek and Van Dyke before doing a PP would help investors take enlighten finincial decisions. Personnally, with what was provided, it's almost like playing at the casino for regular shareholders.
