What a responsible CEO would have done is to keep the PP at $0.08 plus a half warrant but to extend the warrant period to 4-years.   Let's face it, one major shortfall of our current mgmt is executing in a timely manner and the extended warrant would have assuaged the legitimate time-horizon concerns of repeatedly burned investors of their past PP offerings.
