I think the only reason we dropped in this market is because for some reason, Elmer not only decided to dilute but is selling shares plus warrants cheaper than they were trading on the exchange. This after him telling people that the offering was almost all taken. Why would anybody pay more than the offering? My opinion is the CEO of this company is the biggest problem we have.
