It's time to spin off the assets into a new company! Why haven't they done this yet? Why dilute our ownership to advance other projects when SC is the main prize?

The only thing I can think of, directors might be looking for a complete buyout of all assets of Copper Fox, and be done with this investment with a nice retirement payout.
