Take time to understand NPV properly.

I'm not suggesting to find a calculator to determine Schaft Creek's value, I'm suggesting to find a calculator so you can better understand what kind of net cashflow is needed to come up with a +2B valuation for our 25%.

I'm really trying hard to understand your point of views, but they seem filled with air, rainbows and unicorns.
