Negotiations?? Well according to youngmoney they have been in negotiations for the last 5 years and a deal is imminent anytime LOL.  The only negotiations going on is Elmer negotiating with EE to keep his job and his high paid salary for the next year while everything burns down around him.  CUU has no money to do any serious exploration except to pay salaries and keep the lights on for a few months more LOL.
