they may have extended the term of the warrants because any sale of SC may not affect the share price.  It is possible that when selling SC, the majority of the sales value is distributed directly as dividend to the shareholders.  Therefore, the sale of SC need not have a positive effect on the price of the CF share.  The warrants therefore require a longer term and may not be activated until a possible sale of VD.
