In discussions with Elmer,

He truly cares about ALL shareholders! Even the small retail investors. 

I sense they are trying to get Teck to release some data but no promises. 

The 2020 program could include providing a new economic report, and would only take few months to complete. 

It is also crazy to believe we are now in April with no program updates on any projects....That is not typical behaviour. Different from previous years.
