Message: 2020 Budget comments

As the company concludes the PP funding deal.......they are trying to raise 1.8 million.

If we dig into this number and analyze how it is spent:

Based on the updated FAQ and Dfinko's reach out to the company, we figured out that this 1.8 million funding and 2020 budget will NOT cover Van Dyke project costs. This is important.

The 2020 budget allows for completion of the Eaglehead acquisition and a combination of surface/geophysical exploration on our Sombrero Butte and Mineral Mountain projects.  At Van Dyke, the updated resource estimate has significantly expanded the size of the deposit and identified a large target to the southwest with potential to expand the deposit.  The Company will look at various options to source funds to continue work on the Van Dyke project.

The company clearly needed this extra bit of money if they decided to extend the PP date to collect the money they could not get from the first close, but why?

The original 1.5 million they got (prior to the decision to keep it open) would have been enough for coporate salaries and administrative costs and Eaglehead purchase and "surface/geophysical exploration on our Sombrero Butte and Mineral Mountain projects".

Clearly the extra money is not for Van Dyke as it is not enough cash for drilling but they intend to look at other various options for funding. This to me sounds like a JV partnership or spinout company for this project!

So why did they decide to extend PP when they had enough funds with the 1.5 million?

IMO, the extra funds would go towards the exit strategy of selling SC. The company has stated they need to hire a third party to evaluate the asset which could cost 300-500K. I am just trying to connect dots here.
