So in other words CUU is again at the mercy of another partner ( with deeper pockets ) to come in again to take a stake in this property so they can negotiate with the 3rd party for the surface rights.  So again CUU has no leverage whatsoever.  I'm wondering what will be given up to make a deal?  75% anybody and no pressure on a developement timeline is ok with us?  LOL Just like with Teck on SC.  Come on fire sale here LOL.  Thanks again to the brillant mangement of ES.
