I've heard that the 1st report was not up to standards for Copper Fox and that they now have something in there hands that looks much better.

Teck is not governed by the same rules as Copper Fox.  One could assume that Teck is used to do things according to their standards and have no clue about the requirements for a small cap mining company.  Therefore, the back and forth since.
