If for some reason they are in discussions,(we have thought that so many times before), what would they be discussing?

Would the studies, that were done, be up for debate after all this time?  Or would a buyout price be up for debate? You would think the studies and present mineral prices would determine the value of our share.

I have never been involved in any such business so am just curious what normally gets discussed.And why it would take so long.
