How could a company worth over 500M (if not 1B+), supported by a billionaire and with 1-2M of expenses every year go bankrupt?

I would buy it myself before it goes out of business and I'm sure many majors could pay a lot more then myself, so to answer your question again, no I don't think that's a possibility. 

Somebody thinking like that would not have 600K shares.
