This presentation is after market closes. So in essence, Elmer could give substantial news/corporate updates as long as it's news released tomorrow before market open!

In theory, Elmer could go on the show to say....congrats long shareholders we sold the company to Teck or whoever for X amount and I'm here to discuss the details on this webcast....

Then news release it tomorrow morning. Great way to catch shorts by their pants IMO.
