...specifically around 'how it w/b wasting eveyone's time using it as a bluff like you suggest it be used i.e. using the ROFO with an ask price before ALREADY having interested competing  parties, CONVINCED of our ASK PRICE and LINED-UP with BIDS'. 

And oh, don't forget...what we have to sell to these competing bidders is our place in the rotten JV...Good luck with your save-the-day ROFO.  Majors can read the SCJV and see what it is.  We have to sell a jr  position in a particularly jr-punitive JV.
