Here's what my tea leaves are telling me.
1) AGM is being pushed as far as possible for a reason
2) Teck and Copper Fox know what's in the report for several months now and I doubt they are missing something material enough that would change the numbers significantly. Therefore, I'd be suprised if discussions are not happening in parallel. Same as Eaglehead, we won't know anything until it happens.
3) I doubt Elmer needs to continue working at 70 years old. If he's still there, it's probably because he was motivated enough to stay until the closure of Schaft Creek.
My guess... buyout before AGM + Elmer announces his "retirement", but will continue to act as a consultant for Copper Fox because he's passionate about his work.
