Elmer answered the questions to the best of his ability without stirring up Teck. They were probably on the call listening.

Elmer was the only executive of all the companies to be at his office. That's good. He's working and getting things done internally. 

Elmer gave investors a hint in one of the slides called "Catalysts for Monetization".

It stated: "Projects have been developed to the stage where additional expenditure may not result in further value being added"
