Ok, so if I get it right, a hedge funds that owns 1-2% of Teck is able to create a big movement to replace the CEO, but Sumitomo, that would own 25%-30% of several massive projects would not be able to make Teck move in the right direction?

If Copper Fox sells their 25% to a third party or another major willing to outweight Teck, this could lead Teck to lose control of the district if they have to sell over 25% to finance the construction.

I don't think Teck (Don L.) needs that right now.
