Environmental Field Program

Under the Shaft Creek section of the news release it is mentioned that the 2020 budget does not allow for a field program in 2020. But the SCJV are planning a reduced environmental field program.

I am not sure if I am understanding this right. Is there a lot of field work the SCJV still needs to do? They are doing a environmental field program. What does that mean?

Perhaps a third party needs assurance that a environmental assesment will pass before they invest. Or is this a normal process? I would of thought Teck and CF would have put environmental fears behind them by now.
