TECK will never take such a risk

There is no risk to Teck for someone else to step into our hand-cuffed position.
Teck doesn't care if the SCJV Jr position is bought for $1 or $10 Billion.  Teck will just continue with their demoralizing partner starvation strategy right in-line with how the SCJV was structured for them to get away with.

Its as though you think that a Major can't read the terms of the SCJV.  It's a POS for anyone in the Jr position!
