Many of us have been through this before. Watching other trains leaving the station while the one were on is frozen in its tracks. The man in charge day dreaming about running a coal fire steam locomotive.

If Teck is waiting for another copper price spike to move on this, we will miss out on all those upcoming opportunities.... again.
