They sold their best asset to us for dirt cheap! Why are they climbing?

As their stock continues to climb on high volumes (something going on behind the scenes)....maybe a discussion on this as we own approx 30% of those rising shares.

Could we sell these shares soon to fund Van Dyke development ??!!!????
