Is something going on here? IMO yes!

Some hints of new life-

1) copper Fox brings in Colin (Elmer associate) to handle investors. Elmer goes radio silent in early 2020. Why? Perhaps he started discussions with Teck.

2) Decision to buy Eaglehead (low treasury, maybe Teck request)

3) Corporate update (No update on VD but mention of every other project. Copper fox maybe waiting to see if Teck wants this project too before announcing a plan and budget?)

4) July 8th Teck meeting was signing day (learned still minor edits to agree on) more delays? Don't buy it! 

5) SP random climb up after meeting! Maybe more than report finalizing?

6) AGM date moved from May to late August (what reason if we could have done it virtual in May like they intended to do so anyway)
