Buy-backs are not allowed by regulators for companies running annual losses.
If the company wants to increase the shre price they need to promote properly.  They absolutely HAVE TO beat a louder and more assertive drum.  Even if that means defying terms of the jr-starvation-intent SCJV and promoting the TRUE value of Schaft Creek.

We have almost twice as much revenues from CU = $50,000,000,000
Not even counting MOly and AG totals                   =   $75,000,000,000
